The Buyer Broker Agreement - Six Months Later

Looking back to August, I can't believe how much stress there was around this radical change in our industry.  It was expected though.  Change and a deadline are probably the two biggest stress stimuli for a human being. Six months later, we're still business as usual. Sellers are gladly incentivizing agents with commissions in return for their advocacy.  Even those sellers most reluctant to the idea of paying a buyer's agent after being swayed by headlines that read "The Days of the Six Percent Realtor Commission are OVER", are ponying up at the closing table.  That said, here are my key takeaways after buyer broker agreements became mandatory.
